CEO Roundtables: Advisors & CEO Groups

Within this service component, JSC works with partner teams, consulting on the use of advisory groups, including areas such as due diligence, filling positions, chartering, organizing and mobilizing these groups to maximize their value-add.

Joyner Strayer Consulting also assists portfolio CEO's by providing roundtable opportunities where they can meet fellow CEO's and discuss critical organization and leadership issues. Joyner Strayer Consulting provides support in both designing and facilitating such groups, which may be structured to meet on either an episodic or regularly scheduled basis. The aim is to collectively leverage the CEOs' effectiveness by providing a forum where CEO issues can be openly and confidentially shared.
