Development
Learning is a life-long process. A manager's ability to grow does not disappear after one year on the job; we believe their development programs shouldn't either. The Joyner Group has determined that effective leadership requires a corporate commitment to training and developing executives -- throughout their careers. The Joyner Group Executive Development Process helps executives become better leaders through personal development and growth. Our systematic approach begins with defining development objectives with the executive and supervisor. Next, the executive completes a series of self-assessments while we gather feedback from peers and direct reports. The data from both processes is compiled into a report that enables executives to understand their strengths and development areas. We then work together to create a development plan and provide ongoing consultation and coaching to ensure growth in identified areas.
