The Joyner Strayer Executive Development Process helps executives become better leaders through personal development and growth. Our systematic approach begins with defining development objectives with the executive and supervisor. Next, the executive completes a series of self-assessments while we gather feedback from peers and direct reports. The data from both processes is compiled into a report that enables executives to understand their strengths and development areas. We then work together to create a development plan and provide ongoing consultation and coaching to ensure growth in identified areas.
